GlenAllachie 是蘇格蘭為數不多的獨立威士忌蒸餾廠，於 2017 年由神枱級、資歷逾50年的威士忌大師Billy Walker收購及領軍。

GlenAllachie is one of Scotland's few independently owned and managed distilleries, acquired by iconic Master Distiller Billy Walker in 2017, who boasts over a half century's tenure in whisky.
Nestled at the foot of Ben Rinnes, the distillery lies at the heart of the Speyside, with a focus upon quality over quantity. Spanning 16 on-site warehouses holding over 50,000 casks. With an exceptional passion for wood policy, Billy and the team seeks out the world's finest casks, and have complete control of the end-to-end maturation process, until the perfect balance between distillery character and influence from the wood has been achieved.
The GlenAllachie 10 Cask Strength Batch 8 is carefully crafted by Billy Walker who celebrates five decades in the whisky industry. Following in the footsteps of its acclaimed predecessors, most notably Batch 4 which was awarded ‘World’s Best Single Malt’ at the World Whiskies Awards 2021.
Batch 8 is a marriage of whisky from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons, along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak and Rioja casks.
