Lou Dumont（天地人酒莊）由日本侍酒師仲田晃司（Koji Nakada）與韓國妻子 Jae Hwa Park 於 2000 年在法國布爾岡創立。酒莊最初位於 Nuits-Saint-Georges，後來遷至 Gevrey-Chambertin。

Lou Dumont was established in 2000 in Burgundy, by Japanese sommelier Koji Nakada and his Korean wife Jae Hwa Park. The winery was originally located in Nuits-Saint-Georges and later moved its base to Gevrey-Chambertin.
The estate adheres to a unique philosophy of “Heaven, Earth, and Man,” emphasizing the harmonious integration of heaven (climate and vintage), earth (terroir and soil), and man (the winemaker’s craftsmanship and sensitivity). Koji Nakada received guidance from the legendary Burgundy winemaker Henri Jayer, blending traditional techniques with a deep humanistic spirit. Lou Dumont wines have appeared in the famous manga The Drops of God, which brought the winery greater recognition.
Crémant de Bourgogne is the estate’s representative entry-level sparkling wine, crafted using the traditional Champagne method (Méthode Traditionnelle) with secondary fermentation in the bottle, delivering outstanding value.
