「Sinteis」(讀音:sin-teesh)在蘇格蘭蓋爾語中意為「融合」,象徵 GlenAllachie 酒廠在橡木桶工藝上的創新精神,透過結合兩種風格鮮明但相輔相成的木桶,釀造出層次豐富的威士忌。

掌舵的威士忌大師 Billy Walker,對來自世界各地的處女桶 (Virgin Oak) 情有獨鍾,這款酒就選用了首充的 Pedro Ximénez 雪莉桶,以及 Chinquapin 橡木桶 —— 來自密蘇里州奧 Ozark 山區的美國原生橡木。兩者融合,創造出深色果乾、烘焙香料與朱古力的複雜風味。

酒精度為 57.8%,原桶強度裝瓶,未經冷凝過濾,保留天然酒色,讓威士忌自行訴說其獨特個性。

‘Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh), meaning synthesis in Scottish Gaelic, reflects GlenAllachie’s innovative approach to cask maturation—merging two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions.

Renowned for his experimental spirit, Master Distiller Billy Walker, has enjoyed working with virgin oak casks sourced from each corner of the world. 

This expression brings together single malt matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons and Chinquapin oak — an American native species grown in the Ozark region of Missouri. The union of these casks delivers a rich medley of dark fruits, baking spices, and chocolate tones.

Bottled at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV, with natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing the unique spirit to speak for itself.
