Bruno Colin在葡萄栽培學校接受專業的培訓,1993年開始與父母和兄弟在家族酒莊Michel COLIN-DELEGER工作。
2003年家族酒莊一分為三。自立門戶的Bruno,於2004年釀造了他的第一個年份。目前,葡萄園面積為8.55公頃,分佈在Chassagne-Montrachet、Puligny-Montrachet、Saint-Aubin、Santenay和Dezize-les-Maranges。

一級園En Remilly是一個小地塊,總面積只有1.56公頃,位於特級園Chevalier-Montrachet的上方。現在Bruno繼承了父親在那兒的葡萄藤,面積約有半公頃,佔了這個一級園的三分之一。

麝香巖石味減少,有一絲煙燻味。最初味道帶鹹感和柑橘味,乾爽、緊緻 … 醒酒後帶來更多質感和層次。餘韻悠長,有一絲薄荷醇的味道,沒有粗糙感。這款酒的檸檬味和香辛料和橡木味需要時間才能展現出來。


Following technical and commercial training at the Beaune Viticultural School, Bruno started to work with his parents and brother in 1993 at the family domaine Michel COLIN-DELEGER.
In 2003, the family domaine separated into three entities. Bruno created his first vintage in 2004. It currently covers 8.55 hectares of surface under vine in the communes of Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint- Aubin, Santenay and Dezize-les-Maranges.

The Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru En Remilly appellation is a small parcel covering 1 ha 56 total surface area. Situated just above the Grand Cru "Chevalier-Montrachet". Now Bruno Colin has taken over the Remilly vines of his father Michel, his half hectare represents about one-third of the total surface of this tiny premier cru.

Years of vine plantings: 1960 and 1989. Biological cultivation. Manual harvest. Aging for 12 months in 350 liter barrels (15 to 20% new barrels) and 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling.

Tasting note:

Musky rocky reduction and a hint of smoke on the nose. Initally savory, citrussy, dry and tight...aeration brought considerably more texture and breadth. Finishes with a touch of menthol, good length and an absence of rough edges. Still, the wine's flavours of lemon and spicy oak will need time to express themselves.
