What the professionals said about this wine?

Allen Meadows:

A classic Chablis nose of green fruit, sea breeze and iodine complements perfectly ripe, elegant and pure medium full flavors that are rich, sweet, intense and generous, all wrapped in a mineral-infused finish that exhibits a greater emphasis on this stony character than usual and despite the mid-palate sweetness, the backend is very dry.

(Score: 92pts)

Sam Chong (Sommelier of Hotel Nikko, Hong Kong)

Flower and apple aroma with smoky, mineral notes. Lively acidity, green apple, lime, mineral on the palate, citrus fruit round on the mouth. Well balanced and long finish.

(Score: 5 Star *****)

Jordi Chan (Sommelier of Penisula Hotel, Hong Kong)

Beautiful nose. Nose of peach, banana, honey and flower. Balanced wine, lemon, lime, toast, good length of butter and mineral.

What is 'Sens' meant by?

Wine is a pure reflection of its 'terroir'. To explore this world, we need 'Sense' to start this
adventurous journey. 'Sens' comes from French, which has the same meaning of 'Sense' in English.

It is pronounced as 'SHONs'. The 'Sense' to which we refer means not only the colors, favors and aromas that we can see, taste and smell, but also the 'Sense' of wine-tasting, a key to understand what the wine-makers would like to tell us via grapes and soils. It is the real spirit we pursue at our cellar while enjoying our tasting. We hope that our pursuit at Sens Cellar can impress our customers.
